Students are given extensive training in research methods and statistics to develop new scientific information on their own, and they are frequently asked to write a dissertation to demonstrate their research ability.

For successful completion of PhD degree in LEA, each candidate should publish minimum of Four research articles in scopus indexed journals, with Lincoln affiliation.

Entry Requirements :

  1. A Master's Degree in Psychology;
  2. OR
  3. Other relevant or equivalent qualifications, experience, and requirements accepted by the Lincoln Education Academy Senate/competent authority in India.

Note:

  • There shall be no direct entry from Bachelor's Degree level to Doctoral Degree level.
  • However, candidates with Bachelor's Degree qualification, registered for Master's Degree programs may apply to convert their candidacy to Doctoral Degree programs.
  • Application of conversion must be done within one year after candidate registers for Master's Degree programs.
  • Application approval is subjected to:
    • having shown competency and capability in conducting research at Doctoral Degree level;
    • rigorous internal assessment by Lincoln Education Academy; and
    • approval by the Lincoln Education Academy Senate.
